Work guidelines and task implementation are used as a reference that must be carried out by Regional Apparatus within the Regional Government of East Java Province for the implementation of program activities in the following year. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the performance of the preparation of general guidelines by making the E-Pedum Application for the effectiveness and efficiency of the preparation of general guidelines at the East Java Provincial Government Development Administration Bureau.
